企业在经营过程中,备件需求存在着较大的不确定性。针对如何合理的确定备件供应过程中库存的相关配置问题,提出以库存服务水平为约束条件,以库存成本最小为目标,建立了制造企业可修复备件库存系统仿真优化模型。在分析了制造企业可修复备件库存系统结构和流程后,利用Simio建立了仿真模型,并以禁忌搜索算法和“KN”算法建立了仿真优化框架,对备件库存关键决策变量进行了仿真寻优计算,最后利用仿真结果对备件库存策略进行了决策。仿真优化结果表明,该模型对制造企业制定备件库存策略提供了有力的依据,具有一定的推广价值。
In the process of enterprise management, spare parts demand has a large uncertainty. In view of the problem of how to determine the related configuration in the spare parts supply process reasonably, a simulation opti- mization model of joint inventory system for manufacture' s repairable spare parts is proposed based on the constraint condition of inventory service level and with the objective of minimum inventory cost. After analyzing the structure and process of the repairable spare parts inventory system, a simulation model was established with Simio, and the optimi- zation framework was set up utilizing the Tabu search and "KN" algorithm to find the optimal solution of the key deci- sion variables of spare parts inventory, which made a decision about the spare parts inventory strategy. The results of the simulation optimization show that the model provides strong evidence for manufacture' s repairable spare parts in- ventory, and has a certain popularization value.
