The theoretical achievements and development status of chemical exergy reference environment' s selection, chemical reaction exergy, chemical diffusion exergy and chemical exergy transfer at home and a- broad were reviewed; through considering the actual application of chemical exergy analysis and chemical exergy transfer in engineering, the main problems existed in this field were indicated.
