大型原油浮顶储罐蒸汽盘管加热过程数值模拟

大型浮顶储罐原油加热温度场的准确预测,是实现油罐安全经济输送的重要保障。文章首先分析了原油储罐传热的途径以及主要特点,然后建立了大型原油储罐蒸汽盘管加热理论模型,并开发运用Visual Basic语言计算罐内原油加热过程温度场的试算法程序,由此得到罐内原油温度场的变化规律及影响因素,最后通过计算原油储罐加热过程中蒸汽盘管放出的热量以及被加热油品所吸收的热量,确定加热过程的能量有效利用率,研究分析外界环境温度等工况变化对有效利用率的影响,可为科学制定储罐加热运行方案提供技术依据。

英文摘要:

The accurate prediction of the heating temperature field of large floating roof tank was an important guarantee for the safe and economic transportation of oil tanks. First of all,the way of heat transfer of crude oil tanks and its main characteristics were analyzed,and then the theoretical model of the steam coil heating of large crude oil storage tank was established. The Visual Basic language was developed and applied for calculating the trial calculation program of crude oil heating process temperature field in the tank,thus the change law of crude oil temperature field and its impact factors were obtained. The heat released by the steam coil in the heating process of the crude oil storage tank and the heat absorbed by the heated oil were calculated,the effective utilization rate of energy in the heating process was determined,the effects of steam pressure,ambient temperature,liquid-level of storage tank and operating conditions change on effective utilization rate of energy were researched,which can provide the technical basis for the scientific formulation of the tank heating operation scheme.
