适用于气田产出水的消泡剂复配体系研究

深层气井高温泡排工艺和部分高含二氧化碳气井防腐工艺的应用对徐深气田地面消泡技术提出了更高要求,通过系统分析来划分产出水水型并描述起泡特征,以有机硅和聚醚类消泡剂为主剂,针对性地筛选复配了适用于气田产出水的消泡剂体系,以消泡时间为主要指标评价其在不同工况下的消泡能力,并优选出消泡剂体系的应用浓度为0.15%。所复配的消泡剂体系与气田在用缓蚀剂、甲醇、三甘醇等药剂均具有良好的配伍性,在不影响其他药剂效能的同时,自身消泡能力仍可满足对实际消泡工艺过程所测算4 s以内的时间控制要求。同时,基于单井进行现场试验验证,从加注量、稀释比、加注方式等方面推荐复配消泡剂体系的加药制度,为其推广应用及维持气田地面生产系统的高效运行提供了依据和一定的技术参考。

英文摘要:

The application of deep well high temperature foaming process and high carbon dioxide gas coating process has put forward a higher requirement for the ground defoaming technique of the Xushen gas field. Through the analysis of the system to divide the types of produced water and describe foaming features. Screening and compounding out a kind of defoaming agent system bases on silicone and polyether, which is suitable for produced water of the gas field, and views the defoaming time as the main index to evaluate its defoaming ability under different conditions, and optimize the fortified concentration of 0.15%. The defoaming agents system has a good compatibility with corrosion inhibitors, methanol, triethylene glycol and other chemicals used in the gas field. The ability of self elimination can be realized without affecting the efficiencyofother reagents, and according to the actualdefoaming process, within the control requirements time of 4s, the defoaming ability can still be implemented. At the same time, basing on single well validated in field test, the dosing system of compounding defoaming agent system is recommended from the filling volume, dilution ratio, filling, etc. It provides the basis and technical reference for the application and maintenance of the high efficient operation of gas field surface production system.
