Based on 95 Phyllostachys pubecens farmers’ questionnaire survey data in Fujian province,DEA method is applied to measure the level of operational efficiency of Phyllostachys pubecens.The results show that the operating efficiency of Phyllostachys pubecen in Fujian Province is on the low side,the validity coefficient of Phyllostachys pubecens production technology is not high,the invalid units of Phyllostachys pubecen tend to increase returns to scale,and there is less waste of resources in non-DEA efficient decision-making units.
