In the real world,the incomplete data widely exist.It is an important question how to carry on the machine learning from incomplete data.This paper mainly aims at the character of dynamic fuzzy data,gives one kind highly effective parameter algorithm of dynamic fuzzy machine learning system based on the Baye network,and confirms its effective through the examples.
