用水提法提取发酵前后美洲大蠊粉中的水溶活性物质,再分别采用定磷法、苯酚一硫酸法、改良Lowry法测定总核酸、总糖、总蛋白质的含量,然后比较发酵前后的美洲大蠊粉中水溶性活性物质含量之间的差异。可知发酵前样品中总核酸含量为33.8001mg/g,总糖含量为14.1873mg/g,总蛋白质含量为100.0166mg/g,发酵后样品中总核酸含量为22.8345mg/g,总糖含量为11.0249mg/g,总蛋白质含量为197.4936mg/g。
The water - soluble active substance in periplaneta Americana powder before and after fermentation was extracted with water. The total nucleic acid, total sugar, and total protein content were determined by the meth- ods of fixed phosphorus, phenol - sulfuric acid method and the improved Lowry method and the differences of the wa- ter- soluble active substance content in periplaneta Americana powder were compared between before and after fer- mentation. The results showed that the content of total nucleic acid was 33.800 1 mg, the content of total sugar was 14.187 3 rag,and the content of total protein was 100.016 6 mg per gram before fermentation and 22.834 5 mg,11. 024 9 mg,197. 493 6 mg per gram after fermentation.
