为优化超声辅助提取茼蒿中多酚类物质的工艺条件,在单因素实验基础上,采用Box-Behnken中心组合试验和响应面法优化超声辅助提取茼蒿中多酚的工艺条件.超声辅助提取茼蒿多酚的最佳工艺条件为液固比12∶1(mL/g)、乙醇体积分数70%、超声时间45 min,多酚得率3.03%,与响应曲面拟合所得方程的预测值3.08%符合良好,此模型合理可靠,可用于多酚提取的实际预测.
In order to optimize the ultrasonic-assisted extraction process of polyphenols from Chrysanthemum coronarium, based on single factor experiment, Box-Behnken experimental design and response surface method were employed to optimize the ultrasonic-assisted extraction conditions of polyphenols from Chrysanthemum coronarium. The optimum ultrasonic-assisted extraction technological condition of chrysanthemum polyphenols for liquid solid ratio is 12 : 1 (mL/g), ethanol volume fraction 70%, ultrasonic time 45 min,polyphenols yield 3.03%.This result and response surface fitting equations obtained for the prediction of values 3.08% are in good agreement. Therefore,this model is reasonable and reliable , and can be used in practical forecasting of polyphenols extraction.
