Some relations between solutions of Minty vector variational-like inequality and solutions of vector optimization problem are investigated. It is asserted that the solution of Minty （weak） vector variational-like inequality is similar to that of （weak） efficient solution of the vector optimization under pseudoinexity or invariant pseudomonotonicity.
