通过活性跟踪方法对白鲜皮乙酸乙酯活性部位进行了化学成分研究,采用硅胶柱色谱和重结晶方法进行分离纯化,并根据理化性质和波谱数据鉴定化合物结构,采用琼脂稀释法测定化合物对幽门螺杆菌的最小抑菌浓度(MIC)值.结果从白鲜皮乙酸乙酯部分中分离得到6个化合物,经波谱解析鉴定为:梣酮(1)、白鲜碱(2)、8-羟基白鲜碱(3)、β-谷甾醇(4)、黄柏酮(5)和吴茱萸内酯(6),化合物2、3、5、6具有较好的体外抗幽门螺杆菌活性.
Using bioassay guidance, chemical constituents were separated and purified by chromatography on silica gel and recrystallization from ethyl acetate fraction of Cortex dictamni, and their structures were elucidated based on spectroscopic, analysis and physico -chemical properties, the agar dilution method was used to determine minimum inhibitory concentration (MIC) of each compound. The results showed six compounds were isolated from ethyl acetate fraction of Cortex dictamni, and identified as fraxinellone ( 1 ) , dictamnine ( 2), 8 - hydroxy - dictamnine ( 3 ), limonin (4), obacunone ( 5 ), and β - sitosterol ( 6 ) respectively. Five compounds (2,3,5,6) of them demonstrated good inhibitory activity against H. pylori in vitro.
