简要分析并描述了TR IZ物质-场分析法。针对物质-场分析法在功能建模方面的不足,提出了一种结合减件-运行法和FAST法来实现产品创新的物质-场建模过程。改进了76个标准解的应用流程,这样可以有效的减少用户在不相关的标准解应用中浪费时间及产生错误解。结合该研究方法对一种新型复合式旋流器进行了应用分析,发现该旋流器存在的恶化特性主要是振动及剪切液滴,同时伴随噪音及密封泄漏等有害因素,最后提出了可行的解决方案。该研究方法将为标准解的有效应用提供了可行的改进方向。
The Su-field analysis was briefly analyzed and described.For the deficiencies of the Su-field in analyzing the functional modeling,a method combining the operating subtraction with the FAST procedures is proposed to achieve the Su-field modeling process of product innovation.The application process of the 76 standard solutions is improved,so that users could effectively reduce both the wasted time in the application of the irrelevant standard solutions and the wrong solutions.Using this method to analyze a new compound hydrocyclone,it found that the main deterioration characteristics of the cyclone are the vibration and shearing the droplets,and also with noise,seal leaks and other harmful elements.Finally,the feasible solution was put forward.The method provided a feasible development direction for the effective application of the standard solutions.
