研究随机需求下连续盘点的库存控制问题.在满足提前期可控和服务水平约束条件下建立库存优化模型.模型允许缺货,且部分缺货可以延期交货,部分缺货造成销售损失;并假定运输成本与运输量线性相关,同时零售商的提前期是可以控制的,并且缩短提前期会造成一定的赶工成本.从理论上论证模型最优解存在条件,设计求解最优订货量、最优提前期、最优再订货点的方法.数值算例验证了模型与方法的合理性.
The paper studied the continuous review inventory problem for stochastic demand.An improved inventory optimization model was established under the conditions of controllable lead time and service level.Shortage was permitted in the model,which contained partial backordered and partial sales lost.Also transportation cost was considered,and it is assumed,that the cost had a linear relationship with transportation quantity,and the lead time was controllable which could be shortened while the cost might be added.The paper analyzed the optimal solution of the model in theory,and the solution procedure was suggested for solving the optimal order quantity,the optimal lead time and the optimal reorder point.Numerical example shows that both the model and method are effective.
