运用自组织理论中的耗散结构理论、协同学理论,对国际航运中心系统的演化条件、动力进行分析.建立国际航运中心自组织演化的Logistic模型,将其演化过程分为孕育期、成长期、成熟期和衰退期4个阶段.阐述国际航运中心演化过程的混沌性,即区域经济环境、自然环境、港口能力、政策环境是国际航运中心演化的驱动力,决定了其演化动力系数r.r的不同使国际航运中心的演化呈现出4个阶段,演化的整个过程中,r显现出“由小到大,再由大到小”的周期变化.以上海国际航运中心为例,探究其演化过程.
Dissipative structure theory and synergetic theory of the self-organization theory are used to analyze the evolution condition and the dynamic mechanism of the international shipping center system. The Logistic model of the self-organized evolution of the international shipping center is established. The evolution process is divides into four phases in the model : birth, growth, maturity and decline. The chaos of the international shipping center system evolution is described taking the regional economy, the natural environment, the port capacity and the policy as the driving forces, which determine dynamic coefficient r of the international shipping center system evolution. The coefficient r represents the phase of the evolution of international shipping center system. In the whole process of evolution r varies, gradually increasing first and then descend- ing. The model is used to explore the evolution of Shanghai international shipping center.
