针对目前我国港口节能减排工作的要求和发展现状,建立了港口节能减排评价指标体系,运用层次分析法确定各评价指标的权重,并依据AHP-模糊综合评价法计算港口节能减排工作得分,从而评判节能减排工作的优劣,最后以青岛港为例对其节能减排工作进行综合评价,评价结果对港口及其他行业节能减排工作具有重要的参考价值。
