研究产学研合作项目中场独立型认知风格与场依存型认知风格项目经理对项目管理绩效的不同影响。以215个产学研合作项目的项目经理为研究对象,进行有关场认知风格的镶嵌图形测验、问卷调查与访谈,从而确定典型的场独立型和场依存型认知方式的被试者各60人,得到有效实验数据120份,并对统计数据进行回归分析,得出结论:产学研合作项目经理的认知风格对项目管理绩效具有显著影响。其中,场独立型项目经理对项目工期管理、项目风险管控具有显著正向影响,更容易降低管理风险,保证产学研合作的可靠性;场依存型项目经理对项目人员管理和利益相关方沟通管理具有显著正向影响,更容易提高管理效率,保证产学研合作的有效性。
The research is about the impact on project management performance of the field cognitive style of project managers from Industry-University-Institute cooperation projects.Project managers of various levels,about 215,have been tested on their cognitive style,through a questionnaire survey and interviews.There are 120 effective experimental data to determine the typical independent style and field dependent cognitive style,and each style comprises 60 people.Using SPSS19.0statistical software for data analysis of variance,correlation analysis and regression analysis,the authors find the following conclusions:project managers' field cognitive style has a significant influence on project management performance.Among them,project managers having a field independent style have significant positive influence on project management performance in terms of project schedule management and project risk management,reflecting reliability on preference management style;project managers with the field dependent style have a significant positive influence on project management performance of personnel management and communication of stakeholders,reflecting effectiveness preference management style.
