为了使用计算机辅助诊断和治疗高血压,提出了基于本体和案例推理的高血压诊疗系统的模型。构建高血压领域本体及推理规则,使用Jess推理机进行推理操作,用推理得到的新知识丰富知识库,提取部分本体实例作为小型案例库,使用Jena实现对本体库和案例库并行的查询,将查询和推理结果返回,给出一个适合病人情况的药物治疗和非药物治疗处方。实验结果表明,该方法具有可行性,对高血压诊疗系统的研究有较大的价值。
To use computers as an assistant way of diagnosis and treatment of hypertension, a model of hypertension diagnosis and treatment system based on ontology and case-based reasoning (CBR) is put forward. Firstly, hypertension domain ontology and reasoning rules are constructed. Next, Jess, which is an inference machine, is used to reason. The knowledge base is enriched by reasoning to acquire the new knowledge and some instances of the ontology are extracted as a small case base. Then, Jena is used to complete the parallel query of ontology base and case base. Finally, the query and reasoning results are returned and a prescription of drug treatments and non-drug treatments is given, which is suitable for the patient. The experimental results prove that the proposed method is applicable and it is of great value for research of hypertension diagnosis and treatment system.
