基于天津市376位酒店顾客的问卷调查数据,运用SEM模型对公众在酒店情境下低碳消费行为的影响因素进行了微观探讨。结果表明:公众酒店低碳消费行为包含一般行为与积极行为两个维度,公众对一般行为的认知和参与度较高,而对积极行为的认知和参与度相对较低。影响一般行为的因素依次为公众感知利益、酒店低碳情境、低碳态度和社会规范,影响积极行为的因素依次为低碳态度、低碳知识、社会规范和感知利益。
Based on questionnaires of 376 hotel customers in Tianjin, we explored the factors influencing the public low -carbon consumption behaviors in hotel from microcosmic aspect using SEM. The analytical results are as follows : the public low - carbon consumption behavior in hotel could be divided into common behavior and positive behavior, and the public participation level was higher in common behavior and lower in positive behav- ior apparently. The common behavior was affected in the order by perceived benefits, low - carbon situation of the hotel, attitude and social norms ; while the positive behavior was affected in the order by attitude, low - car- bon knowledge, social norms and perceived benefits.
