基于对天津市酒店企业的问卷调查数据,采用结构方程模型方法,对酒店企业低碳经营的影响因素和行为机理进行了微观探讨。结果表明:酒店低碳经营包含一般减排行为和积极低碳行为两个维度,酒店对于一般减排行为的认知和实施程度较高,而对积极低碳行为的认知和实施程度明显偏低。行为特征的差异导致两种行为的影响因素也不尽相同。按照影响力大小,社会规范压力、低碳利益感知、低碳责任意识和外部环境支持依次正向影响一般减排行为,而内部资源实力并无显著影响;内部资源实力、外部环境支持和低碳责任意识依次正向影响积极低碳行为,而社会规范压力和低碳利益感知的影响不显著。
Based on an empirical investigation of hotels in Tianjin,we explored the influencing factors and internal mechanism for the hotel enterprises' low- carbon management behavior( HLB) from the microcosmic perspective using SEM. The analytical results revealed that HLB could be divided into two dimensions: the common carbon emission reduction behavior( CHLB) and the positive low- carbon behavior( PHLB). And the implementation level of hotels in CHLB was higher; meanwhile their implementation level in PHLB was apparently lower. Due to their different characteristics,the respective influencing factors of the two behaviors were also different. The significant influencing factors of CHLB with the greatest impact were in the order: social regulation pressures,perceived low- carbon benefits,low- carbon sense of responsibility and external environmental supports,while internal resources had no significant influence. Internal resources,external environmental supports,low- carbon sense of responsibility were found had significant effects on PHLB,while the effects of social regulation pressures and perceived low- carbon benefits were not found. The research conclusions have important realistic significance for the low- carbon management of hotel industry and the construction of China's low- carbon cities.
