英文摘要：
Economic development pattern is different from economic increase pattern. The latter is a concept of preferential quantity, while the former is an integrated concept of quantity and quality; the latter is a simple economic concept, the former is a concept involved in economy and society, the relationship between economic society and population, resource, and environment. To transform economic development pattern should stick to three orientations, namely scientific, humanistic and ecologizational. The three orientations are distinctive and relevant each other.
