The research on inter-organizational learning among Corporate Venture Capital activi ties penetrates the ＂black-box＂ of CVC~s value creation mechanism. Different types of learning and social interaction are key mechanism of inter-organizational learning among CVC activities, and intel lectual property protection, absorb capacity, relatedness, social network and social capital are impor- tant factors that influence inter-organizational learning among CVC. This paper further discusses fu- ture research directions based on literature review.
