同城化与土地利用结构之间存在一定的内在关联机制。为了协调同城化中多目标冲突及提高土地资源配置效率,本文利用灰色GM（1,1）预测模型,考虑同城化发展、同城化体制、同城化社会需求和同城化生态环境要求4大目标,构建了多目标约束的区域同城化土地利用结构灰色优化模型,利用灰色关联模型对不同目标约束下的区域土地利用结构优化方案进行最优筛选,然后以广西北部湾经济区进行实例分析。结果表明,偏重同城化经济效益或同城化生态效益情景下,土地利用结构优化的总体效益均不同达到最大值。同城化社会效益情景中,方案3能合理提高土地利用率,综合兼顾了同城化各方面发展的需要,综合效益达到最大化。该多目标约束的区域同城化土地利用结构灰色优化模型可为同城化过程中土地利用规划及生态规划提供有力技术支持。

英文摘要：

There maybe exists inner relation mechanism between regional integration and land use structure. In order to coordinate the multiple goal conflict of regional integration and improve the efficiency of land resources allocation, land use structure optimization of regional integration with multi- ple constraints based on grey majorized model was proposed in this paper, which considered four goals including city development, city system and city social demand and city ecological environment re- quirements. Then the optimal scheme of land use structure optimization was selected by gray relation model in this paper. Finally, the proposed optimal land use structure model with multiple constrain was applied to optimizing land use structure of Guangxi Beibu Gulf Economic Zone. The results showed that a preference for economic benefit or ecological benefits can＇t maximize the overall benefits of land use structure optimization. However, Scheme 3 of social scenario, which has reasonable land utilization efficiency, and which can balance the interests of all parties in handling the interests of the development of regional integration, has realized the maximization of economic benefit. The proposed model in this paper could provide powerful basis for general planning of land use or regional ecological planning.
