跨境旅游合作是目前国际旅游和边境旅游研究的热点,随着＂一带一路＂建设的实施与推进,跨境旅游合作愈显重要。广西作为＂一带一路＂有机衔接的重要门户,与越南有关省市开展跨境旅游合作具有得天独厚的优势,双方的跨境旅游合作也已有了一定的基础。本文以中越浦寨—新清跨境旅游合作区为例,分析中越跨境旅游合作区的建设背景、建设现状与存在的问题,并提出完善旅游管理、健全沟通机制及相关财税支持的政策建议。

Cross-border tourism cooperation is a hot topic of international tourism and border tourism, With the practice and development of ＂the Belt and Road＂ initiatives, cross-border tourism cooperation has become more and more important. Guangxi as an important gateway of ＂the Belt and Road＂ enjoys a unique advantage in carrying out cross-border tourism cooperation with some provinces of Vietnam. There is also some certain foundation of Cross-border tourism cooperation between the two sides. This paper takes China and Vietnam Puzhai - Xinqing Cross-Border tourism Cooperation Zone as a case, analyzes the background, current situation and problems it also provides several policy suggestions such as improving tourism management, completing communication mechanisms, related finance and taxation support, and etc.
