科技创新领军人才肩负着国家科技经济发展的使命,是我国实现创新型国家的主力军。本文采用传记内容分析法对质性资料进行量化分析,将定性描述概念化,深入剖析此类人群所具有的素质特征要素,并将素质特征聚类为领导力,思维特征、专业素质、态度品质和个人特质五大范畴,并从人力资本形成的动态视角构建科技创新领军人才的素质模型,阶段性的分析其素质形成的过程,旨在为科技创新领军人才的识别、培养和评价提供理论依据。
Innovative leading talents in Science and technology shouldered the mission for the development of national science &technology and economic, is the main force of our country to implement innovative country. This paper analysis qualitative data for quantitative analysis through the Biography analysis, made the qualitative description conceptualization, analysis the quality characteristic elements of this population depth, And clustering into five areas of quality : leadership qualities, thinking characteristics, professional qualities, attitudes and personal qualities , and build quality modal from a dyuamic perspective of human capital formafiun, analysis of the formation stage of the process, in order to provide theoretical basis for the recognition, training and assessment in talent management practice.
