基于自我决定理论,围绕创新动机的内涵界定、影响因素及作用机制等对相关文献进行了梳理和述评,指出创新动机的前因研究多集中于个体特征和组织情境,结果效应研究多集中在创新的间接效应。就现有研究存在的不足,提出创新动机的未来研究应明确创新动机的界定、开发具有针对性的测量工具、考究不同层面下的作用机制、与中国的创新实践相结合等。
Based on the self-determination theory, this paper reviews the existing studies about the con-notation, factors and mechanism of innovation motivation. It finds that the causes of the motivation have been limited in individual characteristics and organizational context, and the effects been in indirect ones. It thereby suggests that it should clearly define innovation motivation, develop targeted measurement tools, explore different mechanism at different levels, and combine Chinese innovation practices in the future study.
