Elementary and middle school students＇ socialization appears some new characteristics in mobile phone media age： the real socialization coexist with virtual socialization, significandy interactional socialization, initiative and creative socialization enhancement, improved legal and equal consciousness. The main effect factor of elementary and middle school students＇ socialization are family, school, peer groups and mass media, and these factors appeared new characteristic in mobile phone media age.
