采用三氯乙酸法提取了植物乳杆菌细胞壁肽聚糖,对提取物进行了成分分析和结构验证。结果表明:经氨基酸组分分析,溶菌酶实验,糖类、脂肪、蛋白质含量测定证明了该物质主要成分确系肽聚糖,其得率为(15.29±1.28)%,其中总糖含量为(39.10±1.95)%,脂肪含量为(1.41±0.04)%,蛋白质含量为(58.00±2.16)%,组成植物乳杆菌肽聚糖的四种氨基酸(丙氨酸、谷氨酸、天冬氨酸、赖氨酸)含量明显高于菌粉中同种氨基酸含量。红外光谱分析显示提取物具有肽聚糖特征性结构。
Cytoderm peptidoglycan from Lactobacillus plantarum was extracted through triehloroacetic treatment. The components of the extracts were analyzed and further verified structurally. The results showed that the products were proved to be peptidoglycan with ( 15.29 ± 1.28)% yield (ratio of quality and volume) through amino acid analysis, lysozyme tests, content analysis of polysaccharides, lipids and protein. The peptidoglycan was composed of (39. 10 ±1.95)% total sugars, (1.41 ±0. 04)% lipids and(58. 00 ±2. 16)% protein (ratio of quality and volume). Amino acid analysis showed that Ala, Asp, Glu and Lys were the principal amino acid components of the extracts, with the contents significantly higher than those from the Lactohacillus plantarum powder. Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) analysis showed that the extracts revealed characteristics structure of peptidoglycan.
