目的:检测生理pH值下偏端霉素衍生物与DNA间的相互作用。方法:单独的配体和DNA在300~380nm区域都没有信号,向DNA液中滴加偏端霉素衍生物,在圆二色谱(CD谱)上300~370nm区域会有信号出现。利用这种方法观察核酸构象的变化。结果:在偏端霉素衍生物与DNA的混合液的CD谱上观察到在300~370nm区域有特征峰。结论:偏端霉素衍生物对DNA的碱基有识别功能。
