The epistemological turn of the contemporary action theory（from the philosophy of action to behaviorial economics） demonstrates the development of scientific methodology and also it exerts great influence on the ideas of contemporary society and its mechanism of practice.In modern social thought,along with the rapid development of cognitive sciences,the so-called Linguistic Turn further makes a practical（or pragmatic） shift.The puzzlement of mind and matter,the relationship between the symbols and the outer world eventually returns to the human life and the social practice.We may say,it is a natural conclusion of the evolution of human intellect and a milestone of the dialectically rational thinking too.
