The development trends in today＇ s world are economic globalization and regional economy integration, and its typical expression is the kind of coalitions. In the frame of game theory logic, the stable coalition must meet two conditions with the prerequisite to realize win-win among players. Specifically speaking, two conditions for members in China-ASEAN to realize win-win are contribution restraint and benefit satisfaction. Based on the win-win pattern for members in China-ASEAN, realization of win-win has its solid theory foundation and inevitability of success.
