在矢量控制系统中,转子磁场定向的精度在很大程度上依赖于电机参数。从电机的稳态等效电路出发,提出了一种利用变频器自身的资源来对电机参数进行辨识的方案。对方案进行了具体分析,并且利用基于TMS320F2407DSP的感应电机矢量控制系统对方案进行了试验验证。试验结果证明这种方法能够为矢量控制系统提供较高精度的电机定、转子参数,具有简单、易操作的特点,有一定的可实施性。
In vector control system, the precision of rotor flux orientation speed estimation is relied on the precision of motor parameter. According to the steady-state equivalent circuit of the induction model, a new method to estimate parameter of motor which has been achieved, which uses own resources of the transducer. The mathod is concrete analyzed and experiment by VC system which based TMS320F2407. The experimental results indicates that this method is easy to realize, and it can offer quite accurate stator and rotor parameters for VC system.
