对双转子电机定子表面质点运动轨迹进行了仿真,直观地描述了电机运行机理。应用Timoshenko梁振动理论计算了运动轨迹的椭圆倾角,根据倾角和双压电晶片的位移描述方程,计算出定子的纵向振幅,再结合赫兹接触理论,得出一定预压力下定转子接触区域宽度,进而得出双转子柱体超声波电机的转矩模型。计算出了相同尺寸单双转子电机的倾角和转矩,对比得到双转子电机的转矩比单转子的大两倍,证明了双转子结构在转矩性能上的优点,为双转子柱体超声波电机的结构优化设计提供了理论基础。
The locus of the points on the stator surface of double rotors ultrasonic motor was simulated in this article,and the mechanism of motor was described intuitively.The elliptic angle was calculated uslie Timoshenko beam theory.According to the angle and the displacement equation of piezoelectric ceramics,the vertical vibration amplitude was calculated.Conbine with Hertz contact theory,got the width of contact area under a certain pre-load,and then got the torque model.The angle and torque of the single and double rotors ultrasonic motor in the same size were obtained.Compared and knowed that the torque of double rotors motor was over twice larger than the single rotor's.It proved the double rotor stracture's merit on the torque and theoretical foundation for optimal design of the structure.
