目的 比较射干抗病毒口服液和射干抗病毒注射液对发热动物体温的影响作用.方法 采用干酵母致大鼠发热模型,观察射干抗病毒口服液及射干抗病毒注射液对干酵母混悬液致大鼠发热的解热作用.结果 射干抗病毒口服液及射干抗病毒注射液高剂量组对酵母混悬液致大鼠体温升高有明显降温作用.与模型对照组比较,射干抗病毒口服液高剂量组动物体温在给药后4~8h显著下降(P<0.05),射干抗病毒注射液高剂量组动物体温在给药后2~6h显著下降(P<0.05).但是射干抗病毒口服液高、中、低剂量组与射干抗病毒注射液高、中、低剂量组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05).结论 射干抗病毒口服液与射干抗病毒注射液均有明显的解热作用,且口服液与注射液的解热作用无明显差异.
Objective To compare the effect on the body temperature in fever animals treated with shegan antiviral oral liquid and shegan antiviral injection.Methods The fever rat model induced by dry yeast was adopted.The antipyretic effect of shegan antiviral oral liquid and shegan antiviral injection was observed in fever rats induced by dry yeast suspension.Results In the high-dose group of shegan antiviral oral liquid and shegan antiviral injection,the antipyretic effect was achieved obviously in the rats with increased body temperature induced by yeast suspension.Compared with the model control group,the animal body temperature was reduced significantly in 4h to 8h of medication of shegan antiviral oral liquid in the high-dose group(P < 0.05),and was reduced significantly in 2h to 6h of medication of shegan antiviral injection in the high-dose group(P <0.05).But,the differences were not significant between shegan antiviral oral liquid and shegan antiviral injection in the high-dose,middle-dose and low-dose groups (P > 0.05).Conclusion Both shegan antiviral oral liquid and shegan antiviral injection have obvious antipyretic effect.The difference in antipyretic effect is not apparent between oral liquid and injection.
