研究中草药提取物对临床常见致病菌的抑制作用，为开发利用中草药提取物提供理论依据。采用管碟法和试管二倍稀释法测定了22种中草药提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠埃希菌、枯草芽胞杆菌、沙门氏菌和铜绿假单胞菌的抑菌作用。研究结果表明，五味子、乌梅、黄连和黄芩提取物具有良好的抗菌活性。

英文摘要：

To study the effects of antibacterial activity of Chinese herbal medicine extracts in vitro. Antibacterial activity of 22 Chinese herbal medicine to Staphylococcus aureu, Escherichia coli, Bacil- lus subtilis, Salmonella and Pseudomonas Aeruginosa was testing by using cylinder-plate method and tube double dilution method. The results showed that the extracts of schisandra chinensis, fructus mume, rhizoma coptidis and radix scutellar have effective antibacterial activity.
