本文在探讨校企合作“双导师制”模式在培养人才中重要作用的基础上,通过问卷法、访谈法和统计法系统分析目前西藏高校在实施“双导师制”模式中面临的困境与问题,有针对性地提出解决措施供决策部门参考。
This paper discusses the important role of school--enterprise cooperation “double--tutor System” talent training mode in Tibet.On this basis,this paper analyzes these facing difficulties and problems in implementation “double--tutor System”talent training mode in Tibetan college and university through questionnaire,interview and statistical methods. Targeted solutions are proposed for decision--making departments reference.
