农村公共服务分类的模糊性、供给主体和方式的多元性，以及农村公共服务需求的复杂性使得多指标的综合评价难以进行。灰色关联度评价作为一种有效的综合评价方法，可以客观、全面地考察农村公共服务评价的各项指标对农村公共服务有效供给的影响程度，从中找出影响其有效供给的主要因素。本文以福建省9个地级市农村公共服务供给为例，通过灰色关联评价模型进行实证分析，进而为有效供给农村公共服务提供依据和对策。
