综述了PMDA-ODA型聚酰亚胺的制备工艺,并阐述了酰亚胺化工艺对聚酰亚胺聚集态结构的影响。
Preparation and morphology of polyimide based on PMDA-ODA were illustrated in this article. With the increase of initial imidization temperature, thickness of film and boiling temperature of solvent, imidization degree of polyimide film increased. Imidization procedure and average molecular weight had an important effect on morphology of film. Orientation and packing of molecular chains depended on residual solvent, Tg of partially imidized polyamic acid and chains mobility. Polyimide film With lower molecular weight was easily crystallized. Kapton film is semi-crystalline and monoclinic. Crystallization lagged behind imidization for polyimide powder. Therefore, optimizing the transition from polyamic acid to polyimide was a prerequisite to obtain good properties.
