膜材料是膜技术的核心,膜材料制备过程中的结构控制对膜性能起着决定性的作用。首先简要介绍了近年来国内外UF/MF膜技术与产业的现状,在此基础上综述了研究组近年来在TIPS法制备聚乙烯(PE)中空纤维微孔膜、双向拉伸法制备聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)微孔膜、熔融一纺丝法制备聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)微孔膜、溶液相转化法制备PVDF超滤膜的膜结构控制和表面改性方面取得的研究进展。
Membrane material is the core of the membrane technology, and the structure control of it in the preparation process plays a decisive role to the properties of the membrane. In this paper, recent development of UF/MF membrane technology at home and abroad and status quo of the industry are firstly introduced. Based on these, newly development and achievement in the research of membrane structure control and surface modification concerning PE hollow fiber microfiltration membrane by TIPS, PTFE microfiltration membrane by biaxial stretching method, PVDF microfiltration membrane by melt-spinning method and PVDF ultrafiltration membrane by phase inversion process, are summarized.
