目的:研究网脉橐吾不同萃取部位的抗菌活性。方法:采用牛津杯琼脂扩散法和OD值法测定网脉橐吾不同萃取部位抗金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌和沙门氏菌的活性。结果:石油醚部位对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑制效果比较明显,氯仿部位对4种试验菌都有抑制效果,且对大肠杆菌的抑制作用强于对其它3种细菌抑制作用,乙酸乙酯部位对绿脓杆菌的抑制效果比较明显,正丁醇部位的抗菌作用较为明显。萃余液部位仅对金黄色葡萄球菌有较弱的抑制作用。结论:网脉橐吾萃取液有较为明显的抗菌作用。
Objective:The aim was to study the antibacterial activity of different Solvent Fractions of Ligularia dictyoneura. Methods:Observing the Inhibitory Effects of different Solvent Fractions of Ligularia dictyoneura against Staphylococcus aureus, salmonella, Escherichia coliand Pseudomonas aeruginosa using OD value and The Oxford cup AGAR diffusion method. Results:The inhibitory effects of petroleum ether portion on Eseheriehia coli and Staphylococcus aureus were obvious. The inhibitory effects of chloroform extraction locations on the Four species of experimental bacteria were obvious, and the inhibitory effects on E. Coli were better than the others. The inhibitory effects of Ethyl acetate extraction on Pseudomonas aeruginosa were evident. The n--Butylol Extraction had better bacte-riostasis. Conclusion: The different solvent fractions of Ligularia dictyoneura had significant antibacterial activities.
