全球金融危机爆发以来,企业环境的复杂性和不确定性大幅提高,企业危机管理已经被放到战略层面加以思考。但是如何衡量企业的战略危机管理状况,企业的高层管理者应该从哪些方面入手进行战略危机管理,如何建立企业战略危机管理评价指标体系,用哪些方法对战略危机管理做出正确的分析判断,一直是困扰企业高层管理者和学术界的难题。
英文摘要：
Since the environment becomes more complex and unstable resulting from the global financial crisis,the crisis management of enterprises has been enhanced to a strategic level.But in this respect,there are thorny problems confronting both enterprise managers and the academic circle,such as how to measure the strategic crisis management of an enterprise,how to start and execute the strategic crisis management,how to establish the evaluation index system of the management,and how to make a correct analysis and judgment of the management.This paper uses the analytic hierarchy process（AHP） to determine the corresponding weight of the evaluation index of strategic crisis management,using the fuzzy evaluation method to improve the evaluation model,so as to provide a reference for diagnosing the state of enterprise＇s strategic crisis.
