针对目前抽水蓄能电站库底防渗材料的现状,确立了抽水蓄能电站防渗材料综合评价指标体系。在利用主成分分析(PCA)法对所建立的指标体系进行筛选的基础上,采用模糊综合评价模型进行测评,并通过对土工膜、钢筋混凝土面板和沥青混凝土面板3种材料的经济性、环境效益和社会效用的分析,采用专家打分数据对泰安抽水蓄能电站进行实证分析。研究结果表明,该模型效果良好,方法实用可行。
According to the impermeable material currently used for reservoir bottoms of pumped storage power stations, an index system of the impermeable material comprehensive evaluation is establish and the fuzzy comprehensive model is adopted for evaluation based on the selection of the index system set up with the principal component analysis method. In the evaluation system, the economical efficiency, environment benefit and social effect of three materials, which are the geomembrane, reinforced concrete slabs and asphalt concrete slabs, are analyzed. Experiments are made at the Taian pumped storage power station by use of the real data, and the results show that the model proposed in this paper is effective, economical and feasible.
