对胎面胶进行准静态单轴压缩试验,研究温度和应变率对其压缩力学性能的影响。采用Mooney-Rivlin本构模型表征胎面胶压缩载荷下的力学行为。结果表明,在低应变率时应变率的影响不明显;在20~90℃温度范围内,随着温度的升高,胶料压缩模量减小。Mooney-Rivlin本构模型拟合与试验结果相符,为不同温度下胎面胶压缩性能分析奠定了理论基础。
The effects of strain rate and temperature on the compression mechanical properties of tread compound were investigated by quasi-static uniaxial compression experiment.Mooney-Rivlin model was used to describe the mechanical behavior of tread compound under compression loading.The results showed that,the effect of strain rate was not obvious in the small strain rate range,and the compression modulus decreased with the increase of temperature in the temperature range of 20~90 ℃. The fitting of Mooney-Rivlin constitutive model were very consistent with the experimental results,which laid a theoretical foundation for the analysis on compression mechanical properties of tread compound under different temperature.
