采用环氧E-44为原料,十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)和非离子型乳化剂JB-01为复配乳化剂并用相反转法制备水性环氧树脂乳液。研究了乳化剂浓度、乳化剂HLB值、相反转温度、搅拌速率对所制备的水性环氧树脂E-44乳液稳定性的影响。结果表明,在工艺条件为:乳化剂的质量分数9%,SDS:JB-01=1:13(HLB值约为12),转速600 r/min,反应温度65℃下制备的乳液稳定性最好。
In this paper,the waterborne epoxy resin emulsion was prepared by the phase inversion technique. Its raw material is epoxy resin( E-44). A emulsifier was composed of sodium dodecyl sulfate and JB-01. The effects of reaction temperature,the ratio of compound emulsifier,the stirring speed and the concentration of the emulsifier on emulsion centrifugal stability was investigated. The results showed that the optimum technology condition of preparation to waterborne epoxy resin emulsion were as follows: the emulsifier amount of 9%,SDS: JB-01 = 1: 13,the stirring speed of 600 r/min and the temperature of 65 ℃.
