螺杆菌（Helicobacter）感染是一个全球性问题，其中关于幽门螺杆菌（Helicobacterpylori）与人类疾病方面的研究广泛而深入。然而，对于螺杆菌属（Helicobacter species）其他螺杆菌的研究则较少。已有研究发现，部分螺杆菌与人和动物的疾病发生密切相关，尤其作为人兽共患疾病的致病菌之一，对螺杆菌感染与致病机制的研究受到国内外学者的高度重视。文章对国内外关于螺杆菌属细菌感染与致病相关研究进行系统综述。

英文摘要：

Helicobacter infection is a global problem and the research related to Helicobacter pylori is abundant and profound. However, the research about other kind of Helicobacter is relatively little. Some researches have found that the infection of Helicobacter is closely related to the generation of human and animal diseases. As one of the zoonotic pathogens,the Helicobacter species and their pathogenic mechanism has been paid great attention by the scholars at home and abroad. In this paper,the infection and pathogenicity of Helicobacter species was reviewd.
