药包埋深是影响单自由面爆破效果的重要因素之一。针对长山壕金矿露天的掘沟工程,采用ANSYS/LSDYNA构建了不同埋深下单自由面柱状药包爆破的数值模型,并结合现场试验,开展了单自由面爆破柱状药包最佳埋深的研究。结果表明:炸药爆炸后,岩体中会产生应力波扩张并形成爆破漏斗;在自由面附近,随着到埋深的增大,单元的应力峰值衰减速率减慢,漏斗半径减小速率逐渐加快;在阶段底部,随着埋深的增大,单元的应力峰值的衰减速率增大,岩石破坏半径总体呈增大趋势。综合分析,得到该矿山药包最佳埋深为5.3m,并在现场试验中得到了验证。
The buried depth of column charge is one of important factors to influence the blasting effect under single freedom face.Aimed at the surface trenching engineering in Changshanhao Gold Mine,the blasting models of column charge under single freedom face and different buried depths were built by ANSYS/LS-DYNA.Meanwhile,combining with the field tests,the optimal buried depth of column charge for the blasting under single freedom face was studied.The results showed that the stress wave would expand in the rock and the blasting crater would be formed after explosive.Near the single freedom face,the decay rate of peak stress slowed down and the decrease rate of funnel radius gradually accelerated along with the extension of depth.But at the bottom of level,the decay rate of peak stress increased and the damage radius of rock generally increased along with the extension of depth.Through comprehensive analysis,it obtained that the optimal buried depth of column charge was5.3m,which was verified in the field tests.
