针对机组工作性能评估与现场运行参数测试的实际应用需求,分析研究了机组的基本测试特性内容及其数据采集原理。为了避免传统人工测试方式存在的传感器布线复杂、劳动强度高、数据精度分散性大、安全性差等不足,设计了一套基于Lab VIEW和Wi Fi无线通信技术的垂直轴风力发电机组测试数据采集系统。系统将数据采集前端采集到的数据经TCP/IP协议传送至上位机,上位机采用图形化编程语言模块化开发,实现对机组测试数据的智能化采集和处理,并有利于功能的进一步拓展。试验结果验证了该数据采集系统设计的正确及有效性。
In view of the practical application requirement of the generation unit performance evaluation and field operation parameter test, the basic test characteristics and data acquisition principle of the generation unit are studied. In order to avoid the short-comings of traditional manual testing methods, such as sensors wiring complexity, high labor intensity, large data precision error and poor security, a test data acquisition system based on Lab VIEW and Wi Fi wireless communication technology is designed. The data acquired by field micro controller are transmitted to the host computer through the TCP / IP protocol, and the host computer is developed using the graphical programming language and modular programming technique. By this means the test data intelligent ac-quisition and processing of the vertical axis wind turbine generation unit is realized, which is beneficial to the further development of the function. Experimental results show that the design of the data acquisition system is correct and effective.
