针对H公司柴油机零配件生产车间布局中存在的问题,运用系统布置设计方法(SLP)对其布局进行优化。首先,进行P—Q分析确定车间设备布置形式;其次,对作业单位间的物流与非物流关系进行综合分析;最后,根据分析结果和车间实际情况求得了该车阃设备布局的优化方案。通过与原布局方案进行对比分析,证实了运用SLP方法对该车间布局进行改善效果明显,并经实际应用验证了其有效性。
The method of SLP has been applied to layout planning aiming to optimize a diesel spare and accessory parts workshop. First, the P-Q analysis has been used to determine the layout form of workshop equipment. Second, logistics and non-logistics relationships between operating units are analyzed. Finally, an optimized scheme is proposed based on the analysis and the actual situation of the workshop. After comparing with the original scheme, the effectiveness and validation of SLP method applied to layout planning has been confirmed based on practical application.
