针对国有集团下属单位在进行企业文化落地建设时,如何兼顾集团的统一要求和本企业的文化特色,并有效识别影响企业文化落地关键因素的问题,通过对我国多家开展企业文化落地建设的国有集团下属单位进行调研访谈,采用构建扎根理论和模糊综合评价相结合的方法,提出了国有集团下属单位企业文化落地建设(NSUECC)绩效的影响因素集;最后利于FCA方法进行影响因素的评价分析,得到六大核心因素。研究结论为国有下属单位优化企业文化建设流程、识别关键因素、明确企业文化建设重点、提高企业文化建设效果提供了理论指导。
When constructing enterprise culture in state-owned subordinate unit, it is very important to coordinate the unified demand of the group and the enterprise culture characteristic, and effectively identify influence enterprise culture construction of the key factors in the performance. Through investigating and interviewing numerous state-owned subordinate units constructing enterprise culture, this article put forward to research the state-owned subordinate unit enterprise culture construction (NSUECC) performance of influencing factors by the construction method grounded theory and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, and find the core factors whit FCA method. The research conclusion is useful for the enterprise to optimize construction process, identify the key factors influencing the construction performance and improve the enterprise culture construction performance.
