针对企业跨部门项目团队内缺乏有效的团队成员激励机制的问题,在对项目成员的能力、风险规避度和团队化程度等因素分析的基础上,提出新的生产函数。基于委托代理理论,建立委托代理激励机制模型并求解,然后对影响PDT项目团队的各因素进行了灵敏度分析,以期为先进生产型企业中跨部t3PDT激励机制的建立提供行之有效的指导。经过分析发现,针对部t3对项目团队成员的影响,作为委托人的项目经理应根据成员的能力和风险规避度,酌情增大成员激励的差异化程度。
Based on the analysis of the influence factors such as the ability ofproject members, the degree of risk aversion of the project members and team level, a new production function is introduced, to solve the incentive mechanism problem of the inter-departmental project team for the enterprise team members. Based on the principal-agent theory, principal-agent model of incentive mechanism is made and solved. And then a sensitivity analysis of each factor affected the PDT project team is conducted, to provide the effective guidance for the establishment of a inter-departmental PDT incentives of the advanced manufacturing enterprises. After analysis, it was found that to the infection of departments on the project team members, the project manager should increase the incentive of the differentiation degree of the project members at discretion, based on the ability and the degree of risk aversion of the project members.
