针对多项目实施过程中的资源优化配置问题,首先建立了基于复杂网络理论的多项目实施资源配置复杂网络模型,并结合Pajek分析软件对模型参数进行分析研究;其次提出了资源受限下的多项目实施资源配置算法;最后以多项目实施中资源配置为例,结合资源优化配置算法,以资源配置效益最大化为目标函数,对资源受限下的多项目实施资源优化配置问题进行研究,验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
Aiming at the problem of optimal allocation of resources in multi-project implementation. Firstly, a complex network model of resource allocation was established based on the complex network theory, and the model parameters were also analysed combined with the Pajek method; Secondly, multi-project implementation of the resource allocation algorithm under the resource-constrained was proposed; Finally, take the multi-project implementation of the allocation of resources for example, combine with the allocation algorithm and take the effectiveness of resource allocation as the objective function, the problem of optimal allocation of resources in multi-project implementation under the resource-constrained was researched, and the results of the study verified the feasibility and effectiveness of this method.
