使用中国37个大城市的公共服务公众满意度和客观绩效数据,采用回归分析法实证检验二者的关系,结果表明:公共服务的公共支出总量增加未能提高公众满意度水平,与理论预期不符;公共服务客观绩效中的效率与公众满意度的正相关关系不显著,意味着提高效率的政策策略不一定适合于公众满意度水平提升;公共服务客观绩效中的效果性与公众满意度正相关且显著,揭示了公共服务公众满意度与客观绩效具有内在关联性。
This paper takes public service satisfaction and objective performance of Chinese 37 municipalities as the case,and uses the regression method to test it. Firstly,result shows that the increasing of public service expenditures could not improve satisfaction level. Secondly,it gets that the relation between efficiency and satisfaction is insignificantly positive.Thirdly,it finds that the effectiveness of public service could positively affect public satisfaction. And it is significant.
